What is a Fiduciary and why is that important to you?  A fiduciary is someone who acts in good faith and only in the best interests of another person or entity when dealing with that person’s or entity's finances. A Fiduciary Duty is the highest standard of care which differs from the Suitability Standard of many in financial services.  We take this responsibility seriously. In addition to being a Certificed Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Ms. Sher is an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®).

With over 38 years of experience in financial services and with 30 years as financial advisors, we bring a disciplined approach to your process. Our seasoned team of specialists analyzes your situation as we have for so many others. Our on-going research and expertise allows us to sort through and prioritize state-of-the-art recommendations efficiently.

Then we explain, simplify and organize even the most complex issues so you can make the timely informed decisions necessary. Finally through our quarterly meetings, scheduled at your convenience, we facilitate all the necessary action on a timely basis and with minimal effort on your part.

Our Compensation

At Krilogy-The Sher Group, we work solely for your benefit, adhere to the highest professional standards and avoid conflicts of interest. We believe professional relationships should be based on mutual respect, trust and reward.

To that end, we take the time to listen, to educate and to ultimately plan for our clients' success. We pledge to maintain the highest ethical standards, superior technical skills, value-added services and leading-edge technology, as well as timely support and communication.

In return, we are compensated for our services in the following ways:

  • Ongoing fees based on Assets under Management (AUM) for our Comprehensive Wealth Management services, including Advanced Planning and Investment Consulting;
  • Commissions for some insurance products

We are extremely proud of the fact that over 95% of our new clients come to us by way of current client referrals and that we spend nearly 100% of our time serving our clients; not marketing for new clients.
